The Stratton Half Brothers share their saga of sadness and success through harmony and hilarity. Music and mayhem are an integral part of their performance, and audiences young and old are hysterically enthralled with the events that transpire. In their timeless tale of tragedy and triumph, three boys—Petey, Marky, and Milford—all had the same father and different mothers. After the untimely deaths of Petey and Marky’s mothers, a distraught Fred Stratton was admitted to Happy Day Farm, an institute for the clinically sad. It was there that Fred fell in love with Mildred, who eventually became Milford’s mother (Fred + Mildred = Milford). It was a monumental accomplishment, considering Mildred was 67 years old at the time of Milford’s birth. Milford always was a “special” child, but he did have one common interest with his brothers: MUSIC!Suffice to say, audiences of all ages laugh until their sides ache as they watch The Stratton Half Brothers story unfold, the dreams as well as the heartaches. They offer three styles of programs: a show featuring classics from Hollywood, Broadway and the 40s, 50s and 60s; a show “gone country” with classic country songs and hilarious cowboy poetry; or a holiday extravaganza incorporating your favorite Christmas tunes and precision harmonies. Clients say “I’ve never laughed so hard,” and “Two years after the event, our employees are still talking about how great the Stratton Half Brothers were!” These facts are certain: At a Stratton Half Brothers performance, each performance always ends happily ever after.
