A. C. Green owns the NBA Iron Man title, having played in 1,192 straight games. A. C. won three championships with the Lakers spanning three decades, beginning with teammates such as Magic Johnson, Coach Pat Riley, Kareem Abdul Jabbar, James Worthy, Byron Sott, Michael Cooper and Kurt Rambis, and ending with Shaquille O’Neal, Kobe Bryant, Robert Horry, Derek Fisher and Coach Phil Jackson. A. C. also played with the Phoenix Suns, Dallas Mavericks and Miami Heat. He became the first rookie since (LeRoy Ellis in the 60s) season to appear in every game. He was selected by NBA coaches to the League's all-defensive second team in 1988-89 and was voted by the fans as a starter for the 1990 NBA All-Star Game.Now, A. C. has dedicated himself to working with youth to help them build self-esteem, character and morality. He established the A. C. Green Youth Foundation in 1989 to focus on sexual abstinence education. He has developed various abstinence curriculum videos, leadership camps and his ClubAC.com website with a desire to help teens make good decisions for their future.A. C. was recognized in the House of Representatives' Congressional Record of October 26, 1999 as a role-model that youth across America can respect. He is an experienced youth mentor, speaker, author and entrepreneur. A. C. graduated from Oregon State with a degree in Speech Communication. He has headed several business ventures including restaurants, car dealerships, real estate development, film and media production, and his own travel agency, Green Team Travel.
