Ken Mansfield has experienced a life that most people have only read about.  The award-winning former producer of The Beatles, he loves to share how God used his success in the music industry and eventual despair and brokenness to bring him into a relationship with Himself.

As a Capitol Records executive, he worked with artists like Stan Kenton, Peggy Lee, Judy Garland, Lou Rawls, Glen Campbell and Bobbie Gentry.  But the tempo really picked up when he began working with bands like The Beach Boys, The Beatles and The Band. A simple man from Northern Idaho, Ken found himself propelled into the center of a rock-and-roll whirlwind when the Beatles asked him to be the U.S. Manager of their Apple Record label.

When the Beatles broke up, Ken became a Vice President at MGM Records and then President of a CBS label.  Later he set up his own company, producing artists like Waylon Jennings, Jessi Colter, Don Ho, David Cassidy, Andy Williams and more.

Then came a barren era when the money, servants, family, career, health and the success Ken took for granted all went away, leaving him with confusion and despair.  His downfall was inevitable, but the eventual result was incredible—from the ashes came the beauty and joy of the Risen Lord. “God is a loving Father who was kind enough to allow me to become ‘broke’ so I could be ‘broken’.” Ken says. In time, he was commissioned to produce the renowned Imperials and eventually earned a Grammy and a Dove Award with the Gaither Vocal Band.

Ken once again returns to the road—this time walking with the Lord.  His history in the industry and his exciting conversion has led to a top-selling book, The Beatles, The Bible and Bodega Bay. Ken's presentation includes a short film about his time with The Beatles, his fascinating personal testimony and a Q & A session with your pastor or leader.
