However, purchasing a movie license for a film you’re not familiar with can be a roadblock to growing your movie ministry. So we decided to give you a little peace of mind.
We guarantee you’ll love the movie, or you’ll get your money back.
If, after you've watched the movie, you determine that it's not a good fit for your ministry, we'll refund the full purchase price of the product (minus shipping) with no restocking fees!
All we ask of you is that you:
- Watch the film in its entirety. We encourage you to watch it as a staff or with one of your ministry team to get multiple thoughts about the film.
- Give us feedback about the film in a short survey within 30 days of purchasing your product.
After you fill out the survey, our Customer Service team will follow-up with you. They'll assign you a Return Authorization number and give you instructions for returning the product. Please return the product within 7 days of receiving your Return Authorization number. We typically suggest that you insure the package when you ship it back to us via FedEx or UPS. (We don't accept COD return shipments). Then your refund will be issued once we receive the product.

If you don’t love the movie you can either return it OR you can exchange it for another Movie License that we offer.
If you decide to Return It: we’ll need to charge you for the full price on the Movie License(s) you keep.
If you decide to Exchange It: If the difference between the price of the new Movie License and the unsatisfactory Movie License is higher/lower than what you paid for the movie you are returning, we’ll either charge or refund you the difference.
To qualify for the exchange or money-back offer, we’ll still need you to watch the entire film, fill out a different survey, wait for an RM# from Customer Service and then cover the cost of shipping the Movie License to us. When we receive the returned license we’ll ship the new movie to you and charge you for the shipping (see all the details explained above).
