Can we get Canvas Prints in a custom size to fit our wall?
We are unable to ship complete canvas prints in custom sizes. However. we can print the canvas in custom sizes and ship it to you unstretched. You would then need to supply your own framing and have it finished locally. Call 800-991-6011 to learn more.

What is the turn-time for Full Custom Canvas Prints?
Custom Canvas Prints are designed, printed, stretched and ready to ship 9 business days after your order is placed- providing your art proofs are reviewed in a timely manner. Expedited turn-times are available for an additional fee.

Should I have canvas prints framed or should I hang them as they are?
Canvas Prints are finished on sturdy wooden frames and are designed to be hung just as they arrive - there is no need to frame them.

Can Outreach design a custom Canvas Print for my church?
Yes, our professional team of designers can create a design to fit your church. In addition to the cost of your Canvas Print, there is a $45 design fee which includes time with a designer and two proofs. Please allow additional time for design and revisions in addition to our normal turn times.

Do I get to see a proof before I pay?

What does the custom design fee include?
When you order a Full Custom design from Outreach, our professional Graphic Designers will create a design exclusively for your church based on your input. The Design Fee includes the designer's time plus two free proofs so your project looks the way you want. If you need additional proofs, a small fee may be charged on a sliding scale based how extensive the edits are.
