Outreach Easy Bulletin Subscription Program FAQ:

  1. How does the Easy Bulletin Subscription Program work?

    Use the Easy Bulletin Subscription Manager to select the quantity, size and design of bulletins to be automatically delivered to your church every three months. Your bulletins are then delivered on or before the Tuesday before the Sunday they are needed. Never worry again about running out or choosing the right bulletin.

    The Easy Bulletin Subscription Program is available in the United States only. Free shipping is available to the contiguous United States; an additional $15.99 fee is charged for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.

    To get you started, you can also choose a starting Sunday and we will send you an initial shipment of bulletins to use until the first regularly scheduled ship date (see below for shipping dates).

  2. When will my bulletins arrive?

    Your bulletins are shipped every three (3) months and will arrive on or before the Tuesday prior to the First Sunday of December, March, June & September.

    Example: Your bulletins for June, July, and August will arrive the Tuesday prior to the first Sunday in June.

  3. What about bulletins for Christmas and Easter?

    While setting up your Bulletin Subscription selections, you can choose the design, quantity and size of bulletins you want for Christmas Eve and Easter. Christmas Eve bulletins will ship with your regular shipment in November, and Easter bulletins will ship with your regular shipment in February.

  4. Can I change my selections?

    You can change your design, size or quantity at any time! However, there is a close date deadline before every ship date so changes need to be made early. You will receive an email notification for each change deadline so you can make any updates in a timely manner.

  5. What payment options are available?

    The Easy Bulletin Subscription Program offers two methods of payment: credit card and “Bill My Church*”.

    Credit Card payments will be processed in February, May, August and November, and you will be notified by email the week before the charges occur. You only pay for the quantity of bulletins you receive in that shipment.

    You can also choose to pay by invoice through our "Bill My Church" payment option. Credit approval is required and any payment issues may affect future shipments.

  6. How are Outreach bulletins different?

    Outreach offers a large selection of bulletin designs and sizes to suit any church. All of our bulletins are designed for easy customization on laser printer or photocopier using the free MS Word templates. Below is a chart of our features:

  7. What if I'm not happy with my bulletins or subscription?

    You may cancel your subscription to the Outreach Bulletin Subscription Program at any time. However, if the cancellation takes place after the Close Date of the next shipment, you will still receive the next shipment and will be responsible for payment on that shipment.

    If you are not 100% satisfied with your Bulletins for any reason, please return them within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. To return or exchange your product please call Customer Service at 1-800-991-6011 to obtain your Return Authorization Number (RA#) and for more details.
