Your time is important to us! The turn-around times promoted on this site and in our catalog are based on the typical number of business days that a print job is completed excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

You can expect that your items will be ready to ship from our facility in the following time frames:

  • Stock Products – including bulletins, books and other off-the-shelf items: Ships in 1 business day (when order is placed by 10 am PST).
  • Stock Banners – where no customization is needed: Ships in 1 business day when order is place by 10 am PST. Please note that LED LightBox Graphic Inserts ship in 2 business days (when order is placed by 10 am PST).
  • Custom Banners – Ships in 1 business day from proof approval by 10 am PST. 
  • Custom Postcards–Prints in 1-2 business days from proof approval by 10 am PST. (Full Service is 6-9 business days and includes design, printing, mailing list, addressing)
  • Rush Service is available with printing in just 1 business day, additional fee may apply, call for details.

How Your Custom Postcard Order Is Processed

When Outreach Provides The Design:

  1. Material Collection – All of the graphics, text, list information and details for your postcard are gathered and supplied to our Art Department so they can begin your design. Quickly providing us this information allows us to process your design faster.
  2. Art Approval – Within 2-4 business days after material collection, you will receive an email link to a proof of your design – as soon as you approve the design we will print your postcards! Turn time varies depending on the season and the speed of customer approval.
  3. Printing – Your postcards print within 1-2 business days when proof is approved by 10 am PST.
  4. Mailhouse (optional) – Your postcards are addressed, sorted and ready with postal paperwork in 2 business days, if Outreach is providing mailing services.
  5. Shipping – You can choose to have your postcards shipped to your church OR Outreach can deliver them directly to the post office – saving you time and money. Please call for more information about service times for these options.

Total average time for all steps: 6-9 business days.
Rush service available for extra fee – guaranteed in 6 business days.

When Customer Supplies Artwork:

  1. Material Collection – Your designer provides high resolution print ready artwork to Outreach for printing. Click here to see art specifications.
  2. Printing – Your postcards print within 1-2 business days when proof is approved by 10 am PST.
  3. Mailhouse (optional) – Your postcards are addressed, sorted and ready with postal paperwork in 2 business days, if Outreach is providing mailing services.
  4. Shipping – You can choose to have your postcards shipped to your church OR Outreach can deliver them directly to the post office – saving you time and money. Please call for more information about service times for these options.

Total average time for all steps: 3-5 business days.
Rush service available for extra fee – guaranteed in 3 business days.

Note that shipping time is always additional to production turnaround, therefore please take this into consideration when placing your order – expedited shipping is available. While we exercise due diligence to meet your target finished date, unforeseen delays in delivery services, breakdown of equipments, or other occurrences may impact our ability to meet the deadline.
