Your bulletin is the one piece of paper that every person receives, so it’s a critical tool for communicating what your church is about and what you have to offer. When you choose Outreach to design and print your bulletins, you will get quality a great design, printing on high-quality paper and a reasonable price. The most popular sized bulletin, the 8.5” x 14” bulletin, typically includes a tear-off flap that can be used as a response card or memory verse bookmark. The 8.5” x 14” size can be folded in half or folded as a tri-fold. Minimum order 500 bulletins. There is a $95 custom design fee which includes 2 FREE proofs. Additional proofs may be charged on a sliding scale.

What paper are the Bulletins printed on?
Williamsburg 70# offset paper, the equivalent of 28# Bond Ledger. This paper provides for optimum readability and professional feel.

How many proofs do I get with my custom design order?
Every Custom Order includes two free proofs. Additional proofs, if needed will be charged on a sliding scale based on how extensive the additional edits are.

When should I get perfing on my custom bulletins? Is this instead of folding?
Perfing creates a tear off panel on 8.5" x 14" bulletins or an L-shaped tear-out card on the 11" x 17" bulletins - add this option when you have a response or prayer request card included as part of your bulletin design. The perforations make it easier for your visitors to fill out the form and tear it out to turn in. It does not replace Folding. Custom bulletins are shipped to you as flat pieces of paper, add folding if you want Outreach to fold them before we ship them to you.

What does the custom design fee include?
When you order a Full Custom design from Outreach, our professional Graphic Designers will create a design exclusively for your church based on your input. The Design Fee includes the designer's time plus two free proofs so your project looks the way you want. If you need additional proofs, a small fee may be charged on a sliding scale based how extensive the edits are.

Do I get to see a proof before I pay?
You will pay for your custom design when you complete the online Project Information Form, however, our designers will work to ensure that you are satisfied with your custom products.

Full custom bulletins are designed, printed and ready to ship to you in 10 business days- providing your art proofs are reviewed in a timely manner. Expedited turn-times are available for an additional fee.
