Our non profit donor requires all recipients of the free materials and mailing to be Bible-believing, Christian churches. If you have questions, please click here to read our Statement of Faith.

After you complete the sign-up form, we will send you a FREE Back to Church Sunday Church Kit so you can begin planning your event. You will also receive instructions and links by email to order your Free 3 x 8 Banner and Personal InviteCards.

Up to 125 churches will be part of the entire effort for free and be part of the following: direct mail invitation mailing, church kit, banner, website, and invite cards.

75 additional churches (or up to 200 total churches) will receive all of the items above for free except for the mailing (which is limited to 125 on a first come, first served basis).

After these 200, any additional church can be added to the site if they agree to host a Back to Church Sunday event and buy a kit. In addition, they can purchase a banner and invite cards as well if they like.

The first 125 Dayton churches who sign up and have non-profit postal authorization from the postal services, will be included on the postcard mailing. Your church information will appear on invitations going to homes closest in proximity to your church. Dayton will be divided into five sections and your name and website address will go the homes in the section where your church is located.

The Donor has only provided funds for the large group mailing to every home, but you are free to order your own customized postcard mailing to reach the homes closest to your church. Click here to see designs.

Even churches that are part of the free mailing may want to do additional outreach (such as another mailing) to attract as many visitors as possible to their church.

The Donor has provided funds for free resources for 200 churches. Additional churches will still be listed on the Back to Church Dayton website so visitors can find a church to attend. The banner and invite cards will be available for purchase.

National Back to Church Sunday (BTCS) is a day focused on uniting the Church to equip and empower members to be inviters. A project of Outreach, Inc., BTCS started in 2009 based on the statistic at the time that 80% of people said they would go to church if invited by a friend or family member but only 2% of people in the church were doing any inviting. Since 2009, over 29,000 churches have participated with average annual increases in attendance of over 20%.Click here to learn more.
