They can be sent to homes across your community, used as a handout to empower your members, or posted as a flyer in local businesses. Use our Online Customizer to add your own text, logo, church name, map and invitational message. You can see your changes online and even get a PDF of the completed card! When you are done, check out. If you have chosen mailing services, an Outreach Specialist will contact you to complete your mailing information and help you choose the best mailing options. Postcards are normally printed on 100 lb cover weight paper that is coated on both sides, providing your church with bright graphics and good contrast and detail. The artistic style of a postcard makes them more likely to be kept and, with a great design, even hung on a refrigerator or bulletin board in homes!

What is the turn-around time for Postcard Invitations?
“As Seen” stock postcards are sold in packs of 250 with blank reverse sides and are available to ship to you in 1 business day when you place your order by 11:59 pm. To have your postcards customized, please choose the Customize Online or "Customize for Me" option and then select your quantity and if you want mailing options or not.
Postcards that are customized online as hand outs are available to ship to you in 4 business days. If you add mailing services, your postcards will be ready to ship to you or the post office in 9 business days.
If you choose the “Customize for Me” option for your postcards, your postcard hand outs will be ready to ship in 7 business days. "Customize for Me" postcards with mailing services are ready to ship to you or the post office in 12 business days.
Please allow additional time for shipping and delivery.

Can Outreach print postcards for Every Door Direct (EDDM) from the Post Office?
Outreach offers EDDM printing service for the 11" x 5.5" XLarge size postcards only. Click here to see the design selection, then select EDDM in the Addressing Choices on the detail page.

Yes, you can. You can also choose to have your mailing list paired with another list provided by Outreach - choose "Customer + merge" from the Addressing Choice dropdown

What type of paper are the postcards printed on?
When you choose the "Customize Online" or "Customize for Me" options with mailing services your postcards are printed on 9 PT Silk that is coated on both sides. If you are printing postcards with printing only on one side, your postcards will be printed on 10pt C1S paper that is only coated on one side. This allows you to print on the blank side using a laser printer or copier and the ink will not smear.

What size Postcards does Outreach offer?
Outreach now offers two sizes of postcards: 8.5” x 5.5” and 11” x 5.5”. Both can be customized online. The 8.5" x 5.5" size is also available “As Seen” in select designs.
