How many proofs do I get with my custom design order?
Every Custom Order includes two free proofs. Additional proofs, if needed will be charged on a sliding scale based on how extensive the additional edits are.

What does the custom design fee include?
When you order a Full Custom design from Outreach, our professional Graphic Designers will create a design exclusively for your church based on your input. The Design Fee includes the designer's time plus two free proofs so your project looks the way you want. If you need additional proofs, a small fee may be charged on a sliding scale based how extensive the edits are.

What is the turn-time for a Full Custom Fabric banner?
Full custom indoor fabric banners are designed, printed, finished and ready to ship 10 business days after your order is placed - providing your art proofs are reviewed in a timely manner. Expedited turn-times are available for an additional fee.

Do I get to see a proof before I pay?

What type of fabric is the banner made from?
Indoor fabric banners are printed on wrinkle-resistant 5.3 oz Polyester Poplin with Dye Sublimation printing for bright, crisp colors and graphics

Are Fabric Banners washable?
Yes on gentle cycle in cold water, no bleach. Do not dry or iron. You can also use a steamer to take wrinkles out if necessary.
