What is the difference between the KN95 mask and a cloth or homemade mask?
The KN95 mask is a five-ply respirator mask that has been FDA approved to block 95% of 0.3 micron particles. Cloth and homemade masks are not designed to block particles as small as a virus.
Can these be used by my local healthcare providers if we share with them?
These masks are not part of the US N95 mask supply that is being used by hospitals, but if health care workers, first responders, at-risk people and the elderly in your community need masks, you can offer these to assist them and to show them God’s love. The masks have been FDA approved as equivalent to the N95 mask.
Can my order for this product be cancelled or returned?
Because we are having Sanitizer Stations custom manufactured according to preorders, your order will be reserved, but there are no cancellations or returns except for warranty exchanges.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are on a first-come-first-serve basis, but we expect most orders to ship early to mid-June.
Why is Outreach selling masks?
Even after the stay at home orders have been lifted and public gatherings begin again, it is possible that anyone will be required to wear a mask. So we want to assist businesses as they prepare to reopen by providing a low cost, quick to ship option they can provide their customers.
Are these mask sales affecting hospitals and healthcare facilities who need them?
No, These masks are not part of the US N95 mask supply that is being used by hospitals.
SANITIZING STATION
What are the suggested locations for the stations?
Many business will place a few of these when you first come into the building and then in the entryway into the sanctuary. You can also have them in your classroom and youth areas.
How is the station touch-free?
The dispenser operates with batteries and senses the motion of hands to dispense just the right amount of sanitizer.
When will my order arrive?
We expect to ship orders in late-June for the Wall Mounts and early-July for the Sanitizer Stations. This should be before most business are reopening in their areas.
Does the station include hand sanitizer?
No, hand sanitizer is not included. Sanitizer is sold separately.
