Easy Bulletin Subscription Program Step 1: Set Subscription Preferences
Welcome to the Outreach Easy Bulletin Subscription program. The Easy Bulletin Subscription program provides your church with bulletin shells automatically shipped to your church every three (3) months. This Manager will help you plan and choose the bulletins you will receive as a subscriber – you may change your selections at any time. To begin, answer the simple questions below. When you are done, click Enroll if you are ready to subscribe to the program or "Save for Later & Share with a Friend" to email a link with your current setting to yourself, your co-workers, or friends. How to choose a weekly quantity
Enter the total number of bulletins you need each week – consider all your services if you have more than one weekend service. Bulletins are shipped every quarter (13 weeks) and are in packs of 100. But don’t worry, we’ll do the math for you.
For example, there are 13 weeks in quarter. Let’s pretend you use 85 bulletins a week. 85 bulletins x 13 weeks = 1105 bulletins. Since bulletins are in packs of 100, we would round up to the nearest 100. So you would receive 1,200 bulletins, or 12 packs. (Sorry, bulletins cannot be broken out of packs of 100.) The additional bulletins provide you with extra copies in case of errors when printing your service info/etc or folding errors. It’s also good to have extra to allow for new visitors and church growth during the quarter!
You can change your bulletin quantity at any time! Your changes will take effect in the next shipment so be sure to note the Change Deadline. But don’t worry about that, either. We’ll send you reminder emails so you don’t miss the deadline. See? Simple, easy, and worry-free.
What are the size differences?
Outreach Bulletins are printed on 60lb paper and are available in three sizes:
8.5 x 11 – with full-color graphics on one side and blank white inside
8.5 x 14 – with full-color graphics on both sides and a tear off side panel to use as an information card
11 x 17 – with full-color graphics on both sides and a corner tear off card to use as an information card
You can change the size of your bulletins at any time – your changes will take effect in the next shipment so be sure to note the Change Deadlines.
What does this mean?
How often does your church change it's bulletin design? Select the option that matches that time:
- Monthly Design Series – The design changes every month, providing your church with 12 different but coordinated designs every year.
- Quarterly Design Series – The design changes every quarter, providing your church a new design 4 different but coordinated designs every year.
- Weekly Design Series – The design changes every week, providing your church with 52 new designs every year.
- Single – Choose a design you like and use it all year.
You can change your selected design at any time – your changes will take effect in the next shipment so be sure to note the Change Deadlines.
What is this for?
You have the option to receive additional special bulletins for Easter and Christmas Eve services. These bulletins will be shipped in addition to your regular bulletin shipment for that quarter.
In this section you can enter a different size and/or quantity for these Special Event Bulletins to accommodate any special needs – it will not affect your regular shipment. As always the quantity you enter will be rounded up to the next 100.
Click the Choose Design button to see all available designs for that holiday. If your church would like bulletins for other holidays like Mother's Day or Back to Church Sunday visit Outreach.com and order additional packs of bulletins.
What does this mean?
Choose a Sunday you wish to start using your bulletins and Outreach will ship them so arrive on or before the Tuesday before your requested Sunday.
The initial shipment will contain enough bulletins to last from your selected Sunday till the next regular shipment. Scheduled shipments take place around the 16th of February, August, May and November.
What does this mean?
If a holiday falls on a Sunday, you may choose to have your regular design for that week replaced with a holiday design, just check this box. If you leave this box unchecked, you will receive your regular quantities of bulletins AND holiday bulletins.
Our records indicate that you have already signed up for the Easy Church Bulletin Subscription program — only one subscription is allowed per user account.
