Although our web store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, our office and warehouse are only open Monday – Friday from

Shipping & Handling Charges
At Outreach.com shipping and handling charges for U.S. addresses are based on the following:
- The delivery option you choose
- The weight, size and dimensions of your items
- Where your package is being delivered: Residential or Commercial
You'll see an estimate of your charge on the "Order Details" page and then the final shipping cost will be shown on the "Purchase" page in Checkout before you submit your order. After reviewing the page, you can submit your order.
Please note all oversized items will incur an additional $8.50 fee – see details below.
Easy Bulletin Subscription Customers within the continental United States receive FREE Shipping! (There is a $10.99 shipping fee for Alaska and Hawaii Subscription shipments).

Oversized Product Fee
All oversized items will incur an additional $8.50 fee. An oversized product is any product that is longer than 48 inches or the second side is longer than 30 inches and includes, but is not limited to, the following products:

Delivery Options within the United States:
Available products should arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment from Outreach.
Three Business Day:
Available products should arrive within 3 business days after shipment from Outreach.
Second Business Day:
Available products should arrive within 2 business days after shipment from Outreach.
Next Day Service:
Available products should arrive within 1 business day after shipment from Outreach.
PLEASE NOTE: There are no shipments or deliveries on weekends or holidays (includes no ground deliveries Friday after Thanksgiving). Delivery times are not guaranteed.

INTERNATIONAL & CANADIAN ORDERS
Outreach has recently begun to accept and ship international orders. However, we do not have an automated online ordering system in place yet. To place your order, please call or email our Customer Service Department: 719-955-9600 or
Outreach ships Canadian orders at our discretion via UPS or USPS. Expected time frame for delivery is anywhere from 1-10 business days depending on carrier provider and shipping method. Please note additional broker fees or custom charges may apply and will be assessed and charged at the border. Outreach has no control of these fees.

If you email your request to customer service, please include the list of products you are interested in purchasing and be sure to include your church or ministry name, shipping address and your credit card billing address. Our customer service representatives will calculate the shipping costs and email you the total cost of the order for your approval. Costs to other countries will be calculated at the time of the order).
If you approve the purchase, payment will need to be made by calling our 800 number with your credit card information. Your order will be shipped after payment as been received. Most items are ready to ship within one business day of receipt of payment.
Your entire order will ship when all items are available.
Please note at this time, we are unable to ship free samples or create On Target reports for areas outside of the United States. As a suggestion, some of our International customers have products shipped to someone they know in the United States who travels
to their country, or who is willing to forward items to them.
