How many proofs do I get with my custom design order?
Every Custom Order includes two free proofs. Additional proofs, if needed will be charged on a sliding scale based on how extensive the additional edits are.

What is the turn-time for Postcard Invitations?
Full custom postcards designed as handouts are available to ship to you in 9 business days - providing your art proofs are reviewed in a timely manner. If you add mailing services, your postcards will be ready to ship to you or the post office in 14 business days.
Please allow additional time for shipping and delivery. Expedited turn-times are available for an additional fee.

What does the custom design fee include?
When you order a Full Custom design from Outreach, our professional Graphic Designers will create a design exclusively for your church based on your input. The Design Fee includes the designer's time plus two free proofs so your project looks the way you want. If you need additional proofs, a small fee may be charged on a sliding scale based how extensive the edits are.

What type of paper are the postcards printed on?
Custom postcards are printed on 100 lb Gloss Cover that is coated on both sides. If you are printing postcards with printing only on one side, your postcards will be printed on 10 pt paper that is only coated on one side. This allows you to print on the blank side using a laser printer or copier and the ink will not smear.
